Analog was formed in 2000 as a four piece with members Paul, Jason, Mark, and Beau. This lineup put out an EP titled Segments of a Stolen Heart. Members came and gone within the next two years, but Analog has kept going. Since their formation, the band has independently put out the Segments of a Stolen Heart EP and a split with Omaha pop-rock band Names Without Numbers. Analog then signed a deal with Imagine It Records and put out a full titled The Contention. The band toured through the midwest on this album where they played at Furnace Fest and Cornerstone Festival. The band also released an EP titled the Youngest of Martyrs EP. The band is in the process of writing for thier second full length album and getting ready to tour as much as possible.
